The breeding establishment, based at Catrigg Kennels in Settle, North Yorkshire, is licensed under Craven District Council License number (10573) — the highest level of local authority accreditation, reflecting their commitment to exceptional animal welfare and ethical breeding standards.
The breeding lines at Catrigg Retrievers boast impressive pedigrees, with sires and dams having achieved health scores that meet the highest standards. For instance, a recent litter born on 3rd February 2024 had parents with excellent health test results, including hip and elbow scores and clear DNA tests for hereditary conditions. The puppies are raised in a family environment, receiving early socialization and training to ensure they are well-adjusted and ready for their new homes.
